I use my creativity and empathy to solve your problem.

Hi! I am an eccentric and enthusiastic person and a UX/UI designer based in Canberra, Australia with experience in both private industries and the public sector. As an empath, I believe human-centred design thinking is the answer of modern problem solving and a good model to follow to design good products. I enjoy taking time to observe, listen to and understand the users and stakeholders. This also requires experience in communicating ideas, concepts, and messages visually to connect with users. My skills include:

  • User research (including conceptual and contextual discovery research e.g. contextual inquiry, depth interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis)

  • Usability testing

  • Affinity mapping, mental model, and personas

  • Customer journey map, user experience map, and Wardley map

  • Ideation, storyboarding, and user flow

  • Information Architecture, card sorting, and sitemap

  • Wireframing (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Axure and Balsamiq)

  • Prototyping (paper prototyping, Axure, Figma, InVision and Balsamiq)

  • Interface and UI design

  • Graphic design and brand Identity

Having a profound understanding of basic front-end developing languages and relevant WCAG accessibility guidelines makes it easier for me to communicate requirements to stakeholders and deliver my design. I’m a team player and I love working in an agile multi-disciplinary team.

In my spare time, I like art galleries, music festivals and beaches. I enjoy coffee, ramen and tiramisu. I like going to hip hop and heels dance classes, making my own dance costumes, and taking them on stage along with my choreography.
